Venezuela doesn’t need another slogan. It needs order. And that order is not only “economic.” It is spiritual and moral, civic and institutional, and economic and social. That is the central thesis of my new book: VENEZUELA: From Collapse to Prosperity — A Christ-Centered Approach.
Why write this book?
Because what we are living is not “four separate crises,” but one single crisis seen from four angles: poverty, violence, impunity, and a broken currency. And when the currency breaks, the country becomes permanent emergency: economic calculation is destroyed, and it becomes almost impossible to plan for the future.
But the diagnosis does not stop at what is visible. The book insists on an uncomfortable truth: the root is deeper. No institutional architecture can endure if the human heart is disordered—because written law depends on living virtues: truth, temperance, justice, responsibility, and respect for life and the family.
What you’ll find inside (simple language, real rigor)
This book doesn’t promise shortcuts; it promises something more serious: a map.
PART I — Diagnosis
✔️ The visible collapse and its inner logic.
PART II — The economic axis: the Perpetual Sovereign Fund
✔️ “From the subsoil to the portfolio”: turning immobilized, capturable wealth into citizen patrimony under rules.
✔️ Perpetuity: rules so the Fund is not “distribution,” but a sustainable inheritance.
✔️ The system’s key: access conditioned on formation (civic, financial/entrepreneurial, and spiritual).
✔️ Why this is not populism: to restore in order to liberate, not to dominate.
PART III — The transformation of the Venezuelan
✔️ Spirit, civics, and economics: discipline, cooperation, a culture of legality, and a healthy relationship with money.
PART IV — Institutions for reconstruction
✔️ The Constitution as a covenant: without law there is no prosperity (and without limits on power there is no Republic).
PART V — An operational roadmap
✔️ A reconstruction sequence with milestones and priorities.
Who it’s for (yes: for different audiences at once)
✔️ Citizens who want to understand “what happened” and “what must be done.”
✔️ Civic and political leaders seeking an action framework with clear limits on power.
✔️ Investors and entrepreneurs who need rules of the game, property rights, and a functional currency.
✔️ Academics who value institutional coherence and political economy.
✔️ International readers who demand clarity of goals, sequencing, and guarantees.
The key idea: rebuilding with Christ at the center (without propaganda)
In these pages you will find two registers: one of institutional and economic analysis; and another of a Christ-centered spiritual interpretation of public moral order. The proposal does not use Christ as rhetorical decoration, but as a real criterion of truth and justice for rebuilding a free nation.
A quick reading guide (if you’re coming for a specific topic)
- If you’re coming for economics, start with the Perpetual Sovereign Fund.
- If you’re coming for institutions, begin with the Constitution, justice, public security, and property.
- If you’re coming for the spiritual root, start with the diagnosis of the invisible root.
Where to get it
The book is available on Amazon (Kindle and paperback).
If you read it, I’d love for you to come back to this post and leave a comment:
(1) which part helped you most, (2) what you think is the strongest objection, and (3) which chapter you’d like me to develop here on the blog.
